On a night in April of 2021, Winslow Swan began telling Crimson McKenzie a dream.
Winslow Swan had worked in radio for years and had a vision of a full cast audio horror show, much in the style of the great radio shows from the golden age. He had the idea for the opening and began to tell his best friend, Crimson McKenzie about it.
Crimson McKenzie had worked in theater before and was intrigued. Seeing his passion, she told him to go and write a script and they would produce it. She never dreamed that it would happen so quickly.
Thus, a show was born.
Winslow brought the script to Crimson the next day, much to her surprise. The first episode went live on YouTube in April of 2022. With more and more actors joining, the series has only gotten stronger. With close to 70 produced shows (with another 13 in the works), Doorway To Nightmare will continue to send chills down your spine.
Of course, we don't stop there.
In the second season, a new character was introduced and garnered four episodes. Now, yet another series is being created. "The Casebook Of Sydney Chase" stars Crimson McKenzie as Sydney Chase, an ex police detective who turned private. With her best friend Dr. Alex McDougle (whom she calls McGoogle played by Swan) they solve cases as they come. With recurring characters Anthony Ferraro (Sydney calls him Ferrari played by Dave Arkipov) and police detective Frank Duffman (she calls him "Hot Dog" played by Will Dorman) the series is also beginning to grow.
